The Mid-Maine Global Forum organizes monthly lunch programs that are open to the public and require advanced registration for those ordering the lunch. It is helpful (but not required) for everyone to register so the event center can have enough chairs. Unless otherwise noted, the event details are as follows:
Place: Chace Center in the Colby building on Main Street in Waterville.
Cost: $12 (for lunch) Please note: You are welcome to bring your own lunch!
For the foreseeable future all programs will be on Zoom. In the email announcements there will be a link which will register you, and then you will receive an email a few days before the program with a Zoom link.
There is usually a fall event in collaboration with the Margaret Chase Smith Library in Skowhegan and a spring event in Collaboration with the Holocaust and Human Rights Center at the University of Maine in Augusta and an event with the Colby College Art Museum. Each spring the Forum also sponsor a program at an area high school and usually offers a related film at the Railroad Square Theatre in Waterville.

The deadline to register for an event is 1:00 pm the day before the program, unless otherwise noted. Additional programs will be posted as details become available.
